Our take home kits are designed for those who want to be creative and experiment with making pottery but may find stepping away from their day-to-day for an in-person studio session a bit tricky.
No prior knowledge or experience of working with clay is required – each kit includes a booklet for getting started & important things to consider while making.
Important Dates:
May Kit Pick Up: May 2nd/3rd, May 9th/10th
May Kit Drop Off: May 23rd/24th
Pieces will be ready for pick up starting June 19th.
*Please make sure you are able to pick and drop off your kits on these dates. We have a strict firing schedule that needs to be followed to ensure that work is returned in a timely manner. If you miss the drop off date your work will be fired with the following months kits.

2 kg of white stoneware clay (ideal for each person to make smaller projects like mugs, bowls or a set of small plates.)

Picking up your Clay Kits
Once you’ve placed your order we will have your prepped clay kit ready for pick up at our studio on the following days: May 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 10th. The address will be provided in your order confirmation or you can find our studio on google.
*You must pick up your kits on these dates to ensure that you have enough time to make your pieces.
Dropping of your Clay Kits
Once you’ve finished creating your pieces, you’ll drop them off at our studio during the designated drop off times. During this time we will complete a glaze form for your pieces. You will be able to choose from our available studio glazes.
Once dropped off your pieces will have a few additional days to ensure they are 100% dry – this helps prevent any cracking or explosions in the kiln. Once dry, they will then be loaded into the kiln for two separate firings: bisque and glaze.
