Additional Information
How to Prepare
Please make sure you are wearing clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Because you will be working with your hands, It’s best to wear a shirt that is short sleeves or easily able to roll up. You will be using wet sponges and other tools that might interfere with long sleeves.
Picking up work
Please allow 2-3 weeks for finished and glazed pieces. Once your pieces have made it out of the last firing you will be notified to pick up. Drying time is dependent on the temperatures and humidity in our studio spaces, that first week after the workshop is a bit flexible as we wait for your work to dry.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refunds are available up to two week before the start day of your course. Each week we take time to prepare materials, tools and the studio for our community workshops, courses and open studio. 50% refund is available if you cancel one week before course start date.
Please note: I understand that there are life things that can get in the way sometimes. We are not able to rebook individual sessions. If you miss a day of the course we are not able to make it up outside of the dates listed for the course. We have a tight studio schedule balancing both courses and workshops, so please be mindful when registering.
