Our vouchers are a great way to give the gift of connection to clay by inviting others to make one of a kind ceramic pieces. Please note the following terms regarding redemption and validity:
Validity: Our vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed for our offered community courses. We do not provide cash payouts for gift vouchers.
Partial Redemption: If the full value of the voucher is not used in one booking, the remaining balance can be redeemed at a later date.
Loss: We are not liable for lost or stolen vouchers. Please keep your voucher code safe.
Exchange: Vouchers cannot be exchanged.
Return: Voucher purchases can be canceled within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not yet been redeemed. In this case, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
